Microsoft Program Analyst

Job Summary:
Join our Microsoft Programs Team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining processes through cross-departmental collaboration. As a Program Analyst, you will be acting as a liaison with the project management office, delivery teams, finance, and information services departments and will be at the forefront of interfacing with internal and external resources, ensuring premium customer service in this client-faced position.

Essential Duties:
  • Engage with customers and business partners to achieve impactful results.
  • Utilize cross-departmental collaboration skills to gather essential information and assistance.
  • Qualify and maintain company designations and advanced specializations.
  • Skillfully manage company Marketplace offers through Partner Center.
  • Share and oversee our sales pipeline with Microsoft through Co-Sell.
  • Ensure and manage client associations through DPOR/CPOR/PAL.
  • Proactively communicate additional information needs to clients in a timely manner.
  • Deliver accurate and quality information to clients via phone or email.
  • Ensure a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
  • Prepare and reconcile receipts and reports for accounting as required.
  • Run weekly reports, contributing to data driven decision making.
  • Participate in training for new clients, collaborating with information services staff.
  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system.
  • Actively contribute ideas and collaborate with services and finance departments to enhance processes.
  • Work with the finance department to research, prepare, and reconcile client records and billing.
  • Identify and resolve problems efficiently, demonstrating analytical prowess.
  • Uphold organizational values with integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Embrace other duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and initiative.
Required Skills:
  • Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hold 1-2 years of prior experience in an administrator or coordinator role.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Display intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Be an analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate seamlessly as a motivated team player.
  • Be comfortable working with numbers and data.
  • Have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently, showcasing organizational skills.

The base salary for this position is typically $65,000 to $75,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
